COMPANY OVERVIEW

Mid-South Metal Works was founded in 1977 by Marvin Bledsoe and C.L. Coker to service the growing textile industry in the area.  Today the company services a wide variety of industries throughout the South Eastern United States.  Our primary focus is in the wide width textile industry (carpet), but we work with customers in the food processing industry, chemical industry, and solvent recovery industry.

Currently Mid-South operates in a 25,000 sq. ft. facility and employs 30 shop employees.  Our services include fabrication and installation of the following items.

a)       Custom stainless, galvanized, or carbon steel sheet metal and ducting

b)       Custom stainless and carbon steel atmospheric tanks for mixing or storage

c)       Tank farm systems and associated access mezzanine structures

d)       Custom dying equipment

e)        Process piping / pumping systems

f)        On-site range modifications or upgrades

g)       Custom range equipment (i.e. j-boxes, staging equipment, roller frames, wash frames, accumulators, steamers)

h)       Contract equipment installation and relocation

i)         General contract maintenance
